Reports To: Director, Behavioral Services

Summary
The Nurse Manager is the clinical and administrative leader for a nursing patient care unit and has 24-hour/7-day accountability for operational excellence. The Nurse Manager is accountable for financial and quality outcomes and will operate in a clinical role as needed for patient care.
